Grammy winner with 6 nominations. I photographed Shaggy in Philadelphia during the 2nd annual Reggae In The Park. I remember laughing and having a lot of fun during his whole performance. A highlight was a girl jumping on stage and dancing up on him. After the security pulled her away he said "Philly came to party tonight"
